SHIPPING POLICY

We ship orders promptly and offer various shipping options to suit your needs. Shipping times may vary depending on your location and chosen method. We provide tracking information so you can follow your order’s journey from our store to your door.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

We want you to love your purchase from Boho Collective Company! Please take a moment to review our return policy, and feel free to reach out with any questions before making your purchase.

Store Credit Only: We do not issue refunds to your original method of payment. Instead, returns and exchanges are eligible for store credit only.

Return/Exchange Window: Items can be returned or exchanged within 14 days of purchase. To qualify, items must be in their original condition with tags attached.

Original Purchase Location: Returns and exchanges must be made at the original location where the item was purchased. If the purchase was made online you can return it to the DeLand store only. Online orders cannot be returned at our New Smyrna Beach location.

Receipt Required: A receipt is necessary for all returns or exchanges—no exceptions.

​

Final Sale Items: Jewelry, sale/discounted items, and handmade products are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Non-Returnable Items: The following items are also exempt from return: gift cards, health and personal care items, any opened products, books, items not in their original condition (including damaged or missing parts not due to our error), perishable goods (such as food or magazines), and intimate or sanitary items.
